Delivery Information

Currently Pookie - Wookie LTD only ships within the UK, Scotland and Ireland. 

• We offer free delivery on all orders over £25.
• All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service, where you have the option of either next working day, if you are needing things quickly, or standard 3-5 working day delivery. Postage is calculated by weight at checkout

We are happy to refund your products within 30 days of purchase, unless it is a peronalised/made to order product. Simply send your items back to us in 'NEW CONDITION' and we will refund your original payment method within 7 working days. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund. We will not accept any products that have been used. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please do not hesitate to contact us with regards to any questions that you may have.
