Our aim is that you receive our products in the perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied, we would like know! If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com. PN that due to the nature of our products being handmade, they do all have their own individual and unique finish! We believe this only adds to the character and individuality of the item.
As long as your product is in a resalable condition and with its original packaging, you can return your item within 28 working days for a full refund. We do ask for a copy of proof of purchase to be included. If 28 days have passed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund or exchange
Once we have received your item, a refund will be processed with a credit to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Even though we try our hardest to ensure you receive your item in the perfect condition, we are aware accidents do sometimes happen in the post!
If unfortunately you do receive your item damaged, please email us with proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org, and then post your item to:

Customers are responsible for paying their own postage costs when returning an item unless the item was faulty when received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
